Governing Law
The User Conditions and any Additional Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under these User Conditions, any Additional Rules or in relation to the Site, save that Visionlucky Ltd has the right at its sole discretion to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
